Many insurance companies offer some type of Out-of-Network coverage, it just depends on your particular plan. If you want to use your Out-of-Network benefits I can provide a superbill or in many cases I can submit it for you. Fees are payable at the time of service, and if you do have benefits the health insurance company will reimburse you at a later time. Please call your insurance company for this information.
I require a 48 hour notice to cancel. All late cancellations or no shows will be changed the full fee. Please feel free to ask me any questions about this.
