What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, check, MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts. I do require that you keep a credit card on file.
How do out-of-network benefits work?
Many insurance companies offer some type of Out-of-Network coverage, it just depends on your particular plan. If you want to use your Out-of-Network benefits I can provide a superbill, or in many cases, I can submit it for you. Fees are payable at the time of service, and if you do have out-of-network benefits, your health insurance company will reimburse you at a later time. Please call your insurance company to confirm this information.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require a 48 hour notice to cancel. All late cancellations or no shows will be charged the full fee. If you have questions about this policy, feel free to speak with me directly.
Do you offer in-person or virtual therapy session?
I provide both in person and telehealth services.
What are your fees?
The initial Intake session is $200.
Follow up 50 minute sessions are $180 each.
Supervision sessions are $180/hour.
What ages do you work with?
I see clients aged 18 years and older.
What is the 2020 No Surprises Act?
The 2020 No Surprises Act (NSA) established new federal protections against surprise medical bills and balance billing, most of which took effect January 1, 2022.
