Telehealth therapy is very effective. It requires a reliable internet connection and a quiet space for you to be in. You will be sent a link that is unique to your appointment to join the session.

For weekly 50 minute sessions, a 48 hour cancellation policy is in effect.

Intake sessions 75 min- $200

Follow Up sessions 50 min- $180/hr

During your first appointment we are going to get a thorough history, create goals for therapy and agree on a plan moving forward.

There is no one size fits all approach to therapy. Therefore, this is a difficult answer to give. Therapy time will depend on your goals.
